Good day everyone! I hope everyone is safe and sound and has plenty of food at home because it is about to get slippery outside. In fact, it is going to be down right terrible!
Few things to keep in mind-drive smart, don't tailgate, and have some candles at home. That's all I have for the ominous snowstorm/blizzard that is heading our way.
Recently, we employed by the University of Missouri, received an email telling us that our social security contribution is going to be reduced. I am not sure the intricacies of this legislation just yet but I will find out. Anyway, a couple of questions-if we are paying less in and social security is broke, then who is paying the tab on this? Did we all receive reductions in our contributions? There is a lot we need to pay attention to here. As I already stated and as we all know, this one time very useful fund that helps us all in our later years has been borrowed from to the point that it is nearly in a deficit as is. The generation that has sprung healthcare costs through the roof and also bankrupted our social security is taking from this fund in record numbers. So how is it we get a reduction in contributions? We are being weened off of it so we can eventually have nothing at all.
Friends, make sure you have your own because by the time we get there, nothing will be waiting for us.
Like always, I attached the actual bill in this post for accuracy sakes so we can read it and hopefully understand it.

Any who... Have a great day everyone! Until next time, for your listening pleasure, I have attached a great new song from a Killswitch Engage collaboration between Adam D and former lead singer Jesse. Live in Love is the name of the song and the message is very pure. Enjoy!

Hello my friends!
Hello everyone!
I have to say that my absence from social media has indeed been refreshing. For whatever reason, I had lost my interest in people complaining and crying out for attention. However, in all fairness, I did find an odd sense of solace in the troubled times like when my dad passed away. For that purpose and in that time, I would like to thank everyone for that.
Moving forward, I noticed a few things about social media and the major news networks in general. It's all negative! For instance, view this http://www.cnn.com/ and tell me how many times you see some sort of fear envoking term or phrase. My friends it's terrible and no wonder we are pessimistic and paranoid. Not to let social media off of the hook, does anyone remember or see this right now "Ugh why does it have to be so hard". Hmmm.... maybe not those words exactly but the variations of "I need attention" and "The world is coming to an end" are plentiful.
Disclaimer:
My purpose here is to keep it on the up and up. If that is not what you are interested in, don't follow. If you don't want to hear about naturally born quadruplents were born today to a first time family, don't follow. Finally, if all you want to do is criticize what I am doing, don't follow.

Finally, what am I going to write about? Well, my interests: sports, guitars, music, politics (in moderation unless I get pissed), friends, etc... You get it. But I promise you this....it will be the truth within the capabilities and resources I have.
I say follow away! Let's see what we can accomplish? I look forward to hearing from you!
Oh, the name... well, here is the best explanation I can give you. Enjoy!
